Loke House is hidden away up an ancient flint lined Loke (footpath) in the heart of Cley. Plenty of free parking can be found a short walk (150 yds) away at the Village Hall car park. This is also home to a very well kept playground and sports field. The village, including a couple of pubs and a deli, the beach and salt marshes are all a gentle walk away.
There are 4 comfortable bedrooms, two with king size beds, one with a super king size bed and one with twin beds. The super king double bed can also be converted to twin beds on request. There are three bathrooms each with a shower, of which one is en-suite.
The large ‘eat in’ kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of crockery and utensils, and includes two fridges, a freezer, dishwasher and a microwave. The focal point is a large farmhouse dining table which comfortably seats 9 around which to enjoy long lasting dinners with friends or family. The kitchen is well equipped and includes everything from a rolling pin. A range of cookery books have also been provided.
A separate utilityroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer along with plenty of space for coats and wellies!
Unfortunately mobile phone signals can be very poor in Cley on some networks, but for those who cannot bear to be away from it all, the property has BT Fibre Broadband, along with an old fashioned land line for incoming and outgoing calls. (Honesty box).
The generous lounge has comfy sofas gathered round a cosy wood burner. A 32” flat screen TV with Freesat and a DVD player, along with a selection of DVDs, board games, books and jigsaw puzzles are also provided.
In addition to the wood burner there is oil fired central heating throughout to keep you warm and snug. A high chair, travel cot (please bring your own linen) and stair gate are all provided along with a small selection of toys, books and children’s’ DVDs.
Well behaved pets are welcome although subject to a small additional cleaning charge. The house is non smoking.
